What information do we collect, and for what purposes?
RD keeps a record of your custom with RD including products you have purchased, your contact details, your prize draw history and other information which you have provided to us either on our websites, in mailings, over the phone, by emailing us, or in any other form. Some of this information is non-identifiable information and some is personally identifiable information.
We generally collect your information so that:
- we can provide you with timely customer service;
- we can send you products you have purchased in our online stores or prizes or gifts that may be due to you;
- we can enter you into our sweepstakes and competitions;

- we can inform regulatory authorities of prize winner details as required by law; and so
- we can send you other prize draw opportunities and marketing material.
Without this information, RD would not be able to do any of this, so if you do not provide your personal information as requested, you may not be able to enjoy our products or services or enter our draws, for instance.
In addition, RD occasionally, through proper contractual arrangements with reputable companies, acquires information regarding Australian consumers (who have so consented). The only purpose for such arrangements is to afford us the opportunity to provide these consumers promotional offers and prize draw opportunities that we believe will be of interest.
Furthermore, RD will occasionally, through proper contractual agreements, share personal information from its customer lists, (who have so consented) with reliable third party companies to allow these latter to provide products/service offers that we believe may be of interest.
RD also has contracts with independent suppliers who provide services related to our prize draws, payment processing and fraud screening, prize delivery etc., and these suppliers may occasionally have limited access to your personal information, in the course of providing their services. These suppliers are required to protect the personal informationof all RD customers.

We may also use your information to cross-reference it with data collected by our commercial partners to see if we can better tailor and improve our products and services.

When you visit the RD websites, our server makes a record with only non-identifiable information No attempt is made by RD to identify users through this information, or their browsing activities for promotional purposes.
